This company will sell you a dream, and deliver a nightmare. You will be overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Also if they give you a pay increase, it is well beyond your annual review date and never more than 3%. There is no support, when a suggestion is made you are beaten down until they realize it was a good suggestion and then start implementing it. Again undervaluing their employees, who are in the trenches opinions. There is no support, and when you do get it you’re made to feel like a nuisance.
