Thank you for taking the time to post your review! We try to put safety first with our staff and during questionable snow we prefer to work from home than risk any issues on the road. We are grateful to our staff for their willingness to work from home and keep the business moving.....it allows us more flexibility with our closures. Lots of people still feel like they don't know what everyone does (It's not just you). Our staff is really dedicated and focused. Sometimes it's difficult to explore outside your own department.
