We are aware that in several departments the structure is a bit flat and with long term employees there is lower turnover which can affect promotionaly opportunities, and we look forward to finding a solution in the future to that challenge. We strongly encourage not only the expansion of roles for high performers but also transfers/promotions within the company to other departments.
