We are aware that in several departments the structure is a bit flat and with long term employees there is lower turnover which can affect promotionaly opportunities, and we look forward to finding a solution in the future to that challenge. We strongly encourage not only the expansion of roles for high performers but also transfers/promotions within the company to other departments. Due to the nature of our business we tend to pay around market value but not above. As part of the compensation package we hope that the benefits and perks help to bridge the gap.
