10yThank you for taking the time to share your review! Just as every employee is different, so is every manager. However, the culture of the company is that we are open to ideas. Just because every idea isn't used or doesn't align with current business goals does not mean that we don't encourage suggestions. Additionally, there are ways to grow within the company that do not translate into title promotions. Several employees have volunteered for committees, been asked to participate in the mentoring committee with the CEO, been selected for additional training through AMA or learned additional responsibilities within their role. AIFS is pretty open about it's structure and low turnover rates. There are people who stay for decades and therefore promotions are not what they may be in bigger companies. However, we do focus on a full package of fair pay, great benefits and events, and a great workplace environment.
