Pros
Income potential, fully remote, lots of training although the message is inconsistent ie: procedures, products, and software. There are direct-mail response cards, so in theory you are only reaching out to folks who requested it.
Cons
Inconsistent training and support. Everyone seems to have their own ideas about how to operate. The software does not operate as promised and senior management only responds to the top producers. New people are generally left to their immediate manager who, often, has no management experience, but rather is just a good producer. Lots of MLM-type rah-rah about how much money everyone is making. Promised leads often don't materalize for weeks.
