      The location was close to home

      Cons

      The entire operation was in serious need of being overhauled due to dated management. Software was outdated. The operation could benefit from a third party consulting firm to establish better processes.

      Great company to work for and fun team to work with. Love the multiple teams to be able to join.

      Cons

      Stagnate growth at times, not always communicating within departments and with other departments. Workload can be frustrating because of business decisions.
