Pros
I started as warehouse, promoted to sales, then promoted to assistant manager. So you can grow from within which was great.. Overall it was a great experience, we were commission based (which is good/bad depending on the volume) at your location, but for normal/high volume stores, you can earn some pretty good money if you are on the sales floor. I did lots of logistics coordinating and monitoring KPI's to reach the store goals.
