      Pros

      Really cool time to be part of the company. Things seem like they are getting better. Communication seems to be improving and expectations being clear and reasonable.

      Cons

      Lot of changes in process which is leading to some conflict and differences of opinion. Everyone needs to understand the reason for changes that impact their daily work.

      Pros

      There is a great group of people here who are hardworking and eager to grow. Work/life balance is great. 3 weeks vacation

      Cons

      Medical plan is expensive with a high deductible. The company needs a little diversity. Only 2 females work at the company out of over 100 making it feel somewhat like a fraternity. The talk around the office needs some cleaning up to match the ever-changing times.

      Management is killing this place. No one takes responsibility. Too much is falling through the cracks
