Really cool time to be part of the company. Things seem like they are getting better. Communication seems to be improving and expectations being clear and reasonable.

Lot of changes in process which is leading to some conflict and differences of opinion. Everyone needs to understand the reason for changes that impact their daily work.

This used to be great company with great people in charge.

Management is killing this place. No one takes responsibility. Too much is falling through the cracks
