Mentoring environment to help grow and learn. Good people to work with. Very professional. Good benefits.

Cons

No overtime pay for salary. Still an EIT and felt like I was worked a lot and no compensation for my time didn't help.

Money is ok for the scope of work.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees and no room to grow. Salaries stay exactly where they are and aren't moving.
