Company culture really is one of the best parts in terms of the people I've met and had the pleasure to work with -Solid understanding of it's niche in the energy industry, while always looking for new areas for expansion and how to be on the cutting edge of energy efficiency -Management is very supportive with promoting professional development and caring for employees in their personal lives. Covid has been difficult for many people, and American Efficient has really leaned into figuring out how to best support its employees during this time
Cons
Company only recently began prioritizing diversity in terms of hiring. While employees are from a wide range of professional backgrounds, new hires were often from personal networks, resulting in a group that looks pretty much the same. The company has really leaned into how it can improve in this area with hiring and beyond, but only now at a stage when hiring opportunities seem limited in the near future.
