AEI has been a great place to work over the years. They treat their employees very well. The people here are hard working, good people and they make coming to work fun each day. The benefits are really good considering the size of the company. We have health insurance, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with a company match, and even a company-wide bonus program that is new! We also have a company lunch every month, goodies every Friday, and other fun events each month that allow us to join together as a collective group and make a difference in our workplace and community. I am proud to be an AEI employee.
Cons
While most of the employees are awesome, there are a few that are less than pleasant to work with . But then that's something you'll find just about anywhere.
