Pros
Not many... Few talented young leaders however not much opportunity for growth.
Cons
Politics, Buddy system. Top management looks for leaders similar to themselves and value little in the benefits of diversity. Not one African-American leader in the organization while I was there and few and far between hispanics. Lead by a inner circle of white males with similar educational backgrounds and to be successful here you have to somehow be connected to the network at this company.
