      Pros

      Remote work is a major plus. Great boss.

      Cons

      Under paid. No recognition from upper management yet expectations aren’t reasonable especially given pay! No raises!! No room for growth in current group. Feels like there’s a refusal to truly see how hard it can be to do what we do, yet they want “perfect” results. Continues to add on to duties, but no bonus, nothing‼️
