      Pros

      Everyone works hard and nobody coasts. I feel my contribution is appreciated. You can see the effects on kids' faces practically every day.

      Cons

      Have to learn fast and be willing to try when you're unsure. It's a place to build experience in coaching and education but you need other ways to keep your bills paid.

      Pros

      The unique program approach (soccer, poetry and service learning) to working with youth and the focus on prioritizing relationship building between coaches, teachers, and students. The team is passionate about the work that they do.

      Cons

      Like many non profits, it never feels like there's enough time to get it all done.
