Pros
ok for a college student good environment awesome coworkers not to much pressure to sell (which seems to be changing since the CU is more busy now operating like a bank and churning in a profit)
Cons
pay is ridiculous, you start at 9.00 an hr and and are able to get two .50 cent pay raises each time you level up as a teller, but that could take on average at least two years of working there, after which you hit a ceiling and opportunity to further advance are minimal. there is no tuition reimbursement program and its highly discouraging to put any extra effort or take pride in your job when the bank down the streets starts you off at 11.00 and gives you yearly raised.not to mention were constantly understaffed and are always busy.
