      Underwriters truly care about your success! Amazing company to work for so far! Catered lunch the first 2 days, extensive training, all questions answered thoroughly, friendly managers and case workers truly care about clients!

      Cons

      Outbound calls are nerve-wracking but there has been lots of preparation for making such calls! It’s just a matter of practice!

      Super fun environment, lots of laughs and encouragement to be the best you can be! Tons of Perks i.e Gym Memberships, Gourmet Coffee Bar! Employee recognition! They appreciate you and show it!

      Either increase the company holidays or vacation accrual
