The work (child welfare) is challenging but it's nice to make a difference. Staff are committed and friendly. Leadership is open to ideas and involves others in decision making. I think they really care about the work and the staff. Flexible scheduling.

Pay isn't the greatest, especially for all of the evening and weekend work. Mileage rate paid is low, but that's a corporate policy.

A lot. You get paid mileage but honestly I do not feel the mileage is worth the raw wear and tear on your car. Constant micro managing schedules, calls/text/emails, and documents. You are essentially on call all the time.
