      Pros

      You can experience on your resume.

      Cons

      One you are under paid. Secondly when you work overtime, don't expect to get paid for it. Third don't expect to be trained, and if anything goes wrong you'll be to blamed. I was treated extremely bad there, I'm sure under a different team it can be a completely different experience. But I recommend taking another job offer if you have the choice.

      Pros

      Learned different skill sets and had good co-workers. The company as a whole was decent and we all worked hard for the same goals.

      Cons

      COVID, really started the ball rolling downhill. Information was lacking on deciding what the company was doing at times. The company was purchased by another and 1 year after the company closed its doors. Good people and hard workers lost jobs due to dollars and cents.
