      It was a decent, good paying job for more than 7 years. Good employers.

      No benefits package available, and no paid time off, despite the many years of employment.

      Pros

      The work is very interesting, always a challenge. Great coworkers who care about their jobs.

      Cons

      Upper management are excellent at performing dog and pony shows, but the truth is in the pudding. Their complete lack of accountability, management skills and work performance is astounding.
