It was a paycheck when they could afford to pay us. Compensation was fair but doesn't do any good when you have to wait for your paycheck an extra week or two.

Missed payroll regularly. Couldn't purchase parts and materials to get our jobs done. Inexperienced managers. Never paid vendors and subcontract company. We always had to make excuses to our customers as to why we couldn't get their work completed because of a lack of parts and materials. Operates on a shoe string. Worst company I ever worked for. Only gave 1 star because there is no option for negative 1.
