Pros

Very hands-off management style- you’re trusted to do your job without being micromanaged but others are willing to help you when needed Great work-life balance, and leadership genuinely respects boundaries- no pressure to be “always on” unlike previous Job, expected you to stay late often Good opportunities to grow if you’re willing to take initiative Supportive team environment- people are approachable and willing to help Flexible when life happens-especially helpful with family/kids/etc Overall a stable, low drama workplace compared to others I’ve experienced Company sponsored lunches quarterly

Cons

Career growth isn’t always clearly structured - it is there but you need to be proactive Communication across teams can sometimes be inconsistent

Pros

Free samples. One or two nice coworkers but they never last

Cons

Working here was the biggest mistake of my career. The CEO is a textbook bully — disrespectful, manipulative, and obsessed with squeezing people dry while demanding miracles. Ten years of loyalty means nothing to him. He constantly searches for cheaper replacements, no matter how much experience or dedication you bring to the table. The culture is driven by fear — everyone’s too afraid to speak up because the CEO’s wrath is real. He wants luxury quality at bargain-basement prices, and if you can’t deliver that impossible fantasy, you become the scapegoat. Instead of support, you get blame. No resources, no backing, just pressure and finger-pointing. Companies like this don’t deserve loyalty, because they offer none in return. My advice? Run — and don’t look back.
