Recent acquisition has made some change in compensation, not really something significant though.
Cons
The management is extremely biased and favoritism is practiced in an extremely obvious manner. Some arrogant people who has not learned humility and don't have enough experience have been prompted to places where they are given control of the developers and let me tell you, these developers are exploited. The control of the team has been taken away from the senior management's hands and is given to these favorite kids. There's no accountability to these folks and are allowed to behave as arrogantly as needed. It would not be a surprise if in 6 month's time the entire team decides to move on from Amelia. Not recommended.
