All the pro's have gone away, company is a sad shell of itself, which 2 years ago prior to the arrival of BuildGroup and their clueless leadership destroyed a long respected organization.
Cons
Where to start: - Missing quarterly targets by 89% - Massive brain drain due to poor leadership and bringing in buddies to cash in. - Significant customer churn, including long term relationships that no longer exist. - Poor direction provided to staff, straight out lies. - Poor direction when it comes to product line decisions which is also creating market confusion. - Hostile new leadership who have had a great number of HR complaints. Will either be sold or out of business in 6 months.
