      Struggle to find product-market fit, platform not adequately productized (delivering beta product to customers, no documentation), inability to deliver product-led growth due to unhappy customers, inability to raise capital due to stunted revenue growth.

      sufficient training period steady learning curve as they didn't expect me to have any prior knowledge and coworkers were really friendly

      They used to have monthly happy hours and events to keep people happy

      Cons

      Salary is low, expectations are high. Most engineering was moved off shore when the AI did not do well. Funding seemed to have been cut and events have been cut as well
