Pros
Traveling to see patients, I enjoyed the road trips. Seeing improvement with each visit. Spending time to really get to know the patient and their family.
Cons
Lack of staff: - to fully compete orientation while integrating into the complex world of home health and its redundant, one-screen click charting on a tablet. - allow a legit rotating on-call schedule (every other week to 2 weeks in a row). -to grant time-off requests or cancelling time-off requests.
