      the mission in home health is amazing

      Cons

      long hours take your work with you after hours, on vacation and on weekends health insurance is terrible zero days off - even weekends - but your boss will take a holiday

      Pros

      Manage your own day, rarely any office over site, can work your day as you need, good benefits.

      Cons

      Too worried about productivity, and what insurance covers and doesn’t cover, fell like it’s more about the money and not the patient care.
