- Smart, talented, and driven colleagues. - No company politics. We encourage the free exchange of ideas to excel. - Amdon has always treated me fairly and made me feel valuable. - I’ve been impressed by how transparent our higher-ups are, especially our CEO. He finds time to give us an update on the company status. He motivates and listens to us. - The company truly cares about you and your career growth.
Cons
Things are sometimes changing and you have to be flexible and adaptable. Nevertheless, there is very little I can complain about.
