      In Gurgaon, many unskilled managers tend to favor employees from their own state. Promotions are often granted without any formal interview process, with favoritism playing a major role. The company should ensure that managers and architects are hired through a proper and transparent interview process.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
