      Pros

      Some good quality of work(not consistently) Flexible in timings. No questions on leaves/emergency. Good Pay(at least at the joining time)

      Cons

      1. Got the worst manager and teammate to start with. 2. Lot of politics and daily blame games. 3. No consistency in work quality. 4. Lack of ownership. 5. Unplanned firing and layoffs.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
