      Pros

      Nothing pro about this company in current times. A confectionary shop is better managed than this so called corporate giant. No match of job descriptions with actual work, no employee care, no process, no documentation. Concepts like tech debts doesn't exist here. Just running on the basis of old clients.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
