      Flexibility for work-life balance and allow employees to telecommute which is nice.

      Cons

      No real advancement within the company. No bonus or raises for employees. Leadership only cares about bottom line and not the employees that help them reach that bottom line.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
