      - 5/5 in work life balance - 5/5 in perks & employee's benefits - Food, gym, playing area.. etc activities - Telecom & media industry giant - So much to learn

      Cons

      Few projects are very much of the traditional ones. They should think about restructuring those with new tech to gain scalability, reliability, high throughput, etc.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
