      Pros

      Pay can be good if you have the experience.

      Cons

      No protections for long work hours. If you have any luck you will be spared the somewhat universal experience and of being belittled and berated as part of everyday work activities. The HR department was working to silence those that raised concerns badly they were being treated by their managers.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
