      Pros

      Free food twice a day and on site for few months in between .

      Cons

      If you are a part of delivery team you will be a 100% support guy. No as such technical growth . Not a quality work . Salary is also poor compared to market . If you want a onsite just be a managers guy . No self respect .

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
