      Work is managed fine, managers are perfectly fine, everything is fine, everything is standard, not crazy and not bad

      Cons

      There are no interesting things for the employees such as parties for employees or equal gifts, a feeling that the salary is low compared to the other companies and the gifts during the holidays are really lower than the other companies

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
