      Employee Centric, work-life balance depends on project to project. I have great work life balance in my project

      Cons

      Unless you're in Amdocs Digital or Amdocs Technology like cloud etc where they are trying to latest technology, you will not have hands on latest technology

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
