      Pros

      great benefits and salary is decent. great severance package when they laid me off.

      Cons

      Bonuses and yearly raises stink. They only give you raises if you are of a certain race, women don't get recognized as much as men do. Work from home options used to be good, not so much now. didn't help me find a new job in the company when they messed up with the contract with AT&T

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
