      Good food, snacks and facilties

      Cons

      Managers and leads are very toxic. They just focus on completion of the work and give negligible effort for the learning of employees. Work life balance is very bad as managers can call you anytime of the day (even midnight or early morning). You cannot put your viewpoint forefront because then they will backfire you only and give you threats about putting you in PIP. Overall, very toxic management.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
