      1) Lot of learning opportunities and challenges 2) Onsite opportunities 3) Employees are a friendly lot(majority of them)

      1) Poor worklife balance at times 2) Israel management is the supreme boss so others would have to really stand out to get noticed

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
