      Flexible schedule, decent pay, nice employees, opportunity for travel. Enjoyed working there. Turnover rate is around 50%.

      Cons

      Long hours, foreign management makes is difficult for advancement. Company based out of Israel and often U.S. management positions are filled with Israeli personnel.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
