      Last week i shared about the pros of this company. Today i would like to share that a week later i hv been laid off. It came suddenly and i was shocked. Had there been some idea that this was coming, may be i would have been better prepared mentally or looked for more opportunities

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
