      Amdocs is a good organization to work for. The management is good , they appreciate your work . Bonus is good here. good yearly hike in salary. They provide various opportunities to upskill yourself.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
