      1) Work Culture 2) Onsite Opportunities (though it depends, like in some cases people haven't travelled for 2 years, but for most of the people lot of onsite opportunities) 3) Free Food 4) Team Outings 5) Amdocs products are used by many companies so I think good opportunities after Amdocs as well

      1) Little use of new technologies 2) Extended Work hours (depends from project to project, team to team)

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
