      Pros

      Good exposure. Good food. Takes good care of you. Employee-sensitive management. Relocation policy after 1.5 years to any Amdocs site.

      Cons

      Israel team does not share core knowledge easily. Bonuses / Annual Rating are calculated as a % of the entire Business Unit's performance, rather than the team's performance.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
