      Pros

      Amdocs is a wonderful company to be with. It had provided challenging opportunities throughout my 9 years of career with multiple onsite opportunities. I'll definitely recommend this company.

      Cons

      There is a career block at one level once you became the VP. It's more of an Israel controlled top level leadership across the company.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
