      Flexible work location. Decent medical benefits.

      Cons

      If you are not Israeli, there is a glass ceiling at the company and you are treated as a second-class employee. Many excellent U.S. employees have left due to lack of opportunities. All decisions made out of Israel. No understanding of U.S. work culture or work environment. Unrealistic and self-defeating work expectations. Senior management has no direction and has let important strategic opportunities pass it by.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
