People centric policies Unlimited vacations - if approved by manager. generally not a problem if you finish your targets. Very supportive during covid times, and now during ukraine and russia war too. Good work environment Lots of learning with latest tech stack Supportive managers Helpful colleagues Many Great minds - again lots of learning Many other perks Ease of Internal mobility and relocation. Can reach to any Senior management for anything, anytime.
Cons
Less compensation, and many people might be underpaid as per their experience. But people still like to work here due to pros mentioned even in less salary.
