      Pros

      For a large company, they give attention to the individual. They focus a lot on training and offer many perks including lots related to being healthy physically and mentally.

      Cons

      I have been there for only 6 months, so it is hard to find cons.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
