      Need to devote your life an be exceptionally good to be rewarded . Better to join at a later stage of your life they provide better deals. Also if you joined early , you should seek for a different job and if you want you can join Amdocs later.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
